General Transaction Terms

Purchase, Pricing and Payment

You can order any product you wish by completing the relevant order form through our Website.

The price of each product will be the one displayed on our website, however errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will assume that your order has been cancelled and will refund you in full the amount you have paid.

Prices on our website do not include VAT, or shipping costs.

Our company reserves the right to refuse to accept any order: (i) that has been placed by a customer with whom there is a pending dispute regarding payment of a previous order, or (ii) does not comply with these general terms of sale. In the event that we find that the order does not meet these terms of sale (for example: placing an order with an incorrect delivery address, payment details, etc.), we will inform the customer either by phone or by email. In the event that the customer does not contact our Company to correct any inaccurate information provided in their order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Retention of Title

Our company retains ownership of the goods of your order until they are fully and completely paid for, including taxes and fees.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns / Changes Policy

In case you have purchased any product from our online store, you have the right within fourteen (14) calendar days to return or change any product you purchased for any reason and request a refund. The above right of withdrawal can be exercised under the following conditions:

-You have contacted us by filling out our relevant contact form, stating your full name or VAT number and the products you wish to return or change, as well as the reason for the return or change, and you have sent the products to our Address immediately within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

- You must send us a photocopy of the receipt of payment or invoice as well as an original consignment note along with the products.

- The products must be in the same condition as you received them without having been used, placed or tampered with the packaging. They must also be accompanied by their original packaging intact, as well as any other documentation that may accompany the products. In the case of returning products that are in a packaging box, both the products and the packaging box must be in excellent condition and not have been used or altered in such manner which makes resale difficult of impossible (e.g. affixing packaging tapes on the packaging box).

Returns or Exchanges are not accepted: a) if the product has been used after opening, b) if the product is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Refund method: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the initial payment was made.

No amount will be refunded to you if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has been damaged. In case of return, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Defective Products

As defective we consider products that are damaged or have a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery from the client.

Any product that shows wear and/or tear due to use or damage due to mishandling cannot be considered defective. Products that have an obvious manufacturing defect can be replaced by us with the same product, if available, or you can choose any other product you desire.

In case there is a dispute as to the manufacturing defect, our company reserves the right to return the product to the manufacturing company for quality check, in order to clarify whether the defect is real. If a real defect is found, the product can either be repaired or replaced with another product.

Our company does not assume responsibility for returned products until their successful arrival at our store.

In case a real defect is found in the product, our store bears the cost of return.

Returns of defective products are accepted if the following conditions are met:

- You must contact us no later than twenty-four (24) hours, filling in the relevant contact form with your name, the products you want to return, and the defect they present, including the relevant photos of the defective product.

- The defective products must be sent to our Company within 5 working days of receipt, to the following address:

- The products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt of payment or invoice as well as an original consignment note along with the products.

- For defective products, our store bears the cost of return.

Refund method: The refund is made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way that the initial payment was made.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order within two (2) hours from the time you submitted it to our online store. The cancellation request must be sent via e-mail and you must receive a relevant notification from us that we have received your request. In this case you will not be charged with the shipping costs of your order.
