Propspeed kit propeller A/F

With an ultra-slick topcoat, Propspeed is specially formulated to prevent marine growth from bonding to metal surfaces below the waterline. It is proven to increase boat efficiency, reduce drag and save fuel and maintenance costs. It features an exceptionally strong chemical and mechanical bond between the metal substrate, the Etching Primer and the Clear Coat– ensuring that the Propspeed coating actually sticks to your running gear and performs season after season.

Propspeed also reduces the risk of corrosion by electrically isolating the metal, as well as limiting the exchanges between the ions and the gases contained in the water and the metal. In short, if a reaction can’t occur, there will be no corrosion!

The Propspeed system is best used on propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, trim tabs, keel coolers, bow and stern thrusters, pod drives, sail drives and other underwater metal.

Coverage guide:

  • 1 propeller: 119-142cm / 47-56″
  • 2 propellers: 79-117cm / 31-46″
  • Surface: The Propspeed Large Kit will coat a surface of 3.4m²

Raffaello Νext – Antifouling

Premium hydrophilic-matrix antifouling paint with high copper content and carbon added for excellent performances. Effective in warm and temperate seawater, brackish and fresh water.

Raffaello is self-polishing with progressive solubility and therefore suitable for medium-speed motor boats as well as for sailboats. The thickness of this antifouling is reduced progressively during service, avoiding an excessive increase of the antifouling layer also after the application of several coats.

Only the white Raffaello is suitable for aluminium boats.

Resina 2000

Resina 2000 is a solvent-free structural epoxy system designed for use in the construction, protection and restoration of wood, GRP and many other substrates. Resina 2000 is a technologically advanced system which offers excellent penetration, flexibility and adhesion which make it essential for maintaining and treating wood. With Resina 2000 it is possible to obtain high strength wood-to-wood joints, surface protection and an impermeable hull.

Wood treated with Resina 2000 becomes impermeable and stronger while maintaining its characteristics of flexibility and resistance. Once the hardener has been add, special additives can be mixed in to obtain fillers which are easy to apply and extremely strong.
